Thank you for your response,
I have included the details are as following:
Device type : Laptop
OS type : Windows 10 Dwelling house
Current build : 15063.296
This is happening on : Kicking, on started Windows
What mistake if whatsoever : No error message, no any notification, even don't show any bulletin to logon.
How can I fix this issue permanently?
Delight let me know if in that location any farther data may exist needed.

Please read and understand the issue, than reply on the question, It will help y'all to discover the resolution.
I reiterate that, the consequence only occurs on every startup and on starting time login, even clicking on the windows first screen, information technology is non appearing the login business relationship/ user list, how can nosotros enter the countersign if nosotros cannot meet the our account login screen.
Please don't answer if y'all don't know exact concern and proper method to set up the problem.

I do not know if it is a hardware problem or not? Is your mouse bluetooth, USB, or difficult wired? Have you tried hit a key or the space bar or other things on the keyboard?

I have an HP laptop. I was having this problem when I did the latest update for Windows x. Turns out my HP Simplepass was interfering with my sign in screen. I deleted the app and my password box now appears afterward sleep mode.

MY laptop 'Acer E1-510' with Windows 10 operating system failed to boot properly. After appearing wallpaper, the text box for inbound user proper name and countersign is not appearing even on clicking enter key or write clicking mouse equally usual. (Mouse is active) What can I practise?

The problem seems appear randomly.
a scenery where it often appears:
- The computer is on
- The computer is going into slumber mode (from Windows Power Carte du jour)
- The figurer wakes upwardly : I can come across only the background image but the prompt login box doesn't appear, and so I can't use my computer.
- I await enough time until the screen get into a sleep fashion (only screen is black). Sometimes, after wake upward by moving the mouse or pressing a key, the prompt login box appears. And then it is a kind of workaround you volition have to wait a lot of time.
- If the previous step doesn't work, I shut down the computer. And then restart information technology (via the computer ability key). The virtually often, the prompt login box appears just sometimes, later on entered my password and and so validate information technology by pressing the enter key, I need to wait a long time before show the Windows Desktop. And sometimes too, all my desktop shortcut are mixed, then I need to sort it over again, that's a nightmare.
The problem appears for a long time now, I thought information technology would be solved with the time but non.
I feel that after an of import Windows update, it enable or disable this "problems".
Rem. : I feel that the problem oft occurs, when the estimator wakes up from a hibernate land.
My computer info :
Windows x v1709
Rem. 2 : My workgroup proper noun is different from the default WORKGROUP name. I don't know if it could take any relationship with it.

This is not a hardware problem.

3. Current build. Go Settings, System. Virtually. OS build XXXXXX.XXX I cannot log into my PC then I cannot run across this.
4. Where is this happening on the computer: No Windows Log in prompt volition appear on the kicking screen.
v. What error are y'all getting if whatever?
PC seemingly boots commonly. Time, date, and scenic photograph appear. Login prompt will not announced!
I have tried all manner of irresolute usb mouse/keyboards and usb mouse/keyboard ports used. Nothing.
I have tried all the function keys, ctrl alt del, windows central, nil.
I have tried holding downwardly f4, f5, f6 keys during bootup to trigger safety manner. Nothing.
I tried unplugging and replugging PC. Nothing.
I am looking for some way, Whatsoever Style, to featherbed this seemingly frozen time/engagement/scenic photograph lockscreen. Safe style, BIOS, I don't care, I just need to be able to admission what is on my PC!
Any suggestions appreciated. Thank you.
